check-out. If it DOES NOT MATCH our

Refund Policy: There are
no refunds for custom engraved items
or international
orders, due to the shipping cost and
foreign customs opening packages and
not re-packaging them correctly.
There are no refunds on custom
engraved items
taken within the USA. We will
allow exchanges or replacements
only, if your item arrives damaged or if
there was an error in the engraving,
that was our mistake. If the
customer has made an typo error when
filling out the ordering form,
there
are no refunds on engraved items. Exchanges or
replacements: Please give
us a call at: 623-202-5613 if your
item has arrived damaged. If
the item arrives damaged, you may
return it for a replacement, trophy,
plaque or certificate. Returns
